Archana Zulfiqar

Our Founder & CEO

Archana Zulfiqar has spent the last thirty years working in the field of education. She has worked as a teacher, a school administrator, and a mentor to students and teachers alike. She was the Founder Principal at Billabong High International School Bhopal. She has persisted in working to promote equality, and an egalitarian society through her freelancing affiliation with NGOs and various social organizations. She also has a strong love for books, theatre, and storytelling.

We believe in the power of education to transform the way we connect with ourselves and those around us, paving the way for a progressive society built on principles of innovation and justice. We work toward nurturing well-rounded individuals who not only excel academically but also develop critical thinking skills, resilience, and a sense of global awareness.

Our institution is empowered by Dreamtime Learning, founded by Lina Ashar, who is the Founder Emeritus for Kangaroo Kids Education Limited and Billabong High International School. Institutions empowered by Dreamtime Learning are spread across locations in India, Dubai and the Maldives.

Radiant Roots School Bhopal was founded by Archana Zulfiqar, a passionate educator and child development expert. With years of experience in the field, Archana envisioned a school that celebrates individuality while laying a solid academic and emotional foundation for children in their early years. Her philosophy is simple : give every child the opportunity to thrive through personalized learning, emotional support, and experiential education that is trusted and affordable in Bhopal.
